but we provedthat the boat driver was negligent.

Product Defect Settlement

Homemaker was driving on Freeway 99.  She slowed for traffic and was rear-ended, resulting in chronic headaches. The other driver’s insurance company refused to offer over $100,000. 

At binding arbitration she was awarded over $325,000.

A big rig rear-ended a nurse while the two vehicles were driving along a city street.  The nurse suffered a mild traumatic brain injury.
